Mooney Safety Training 2026

06 November 2025
Dear Mooniacs,

As already announced, we are planning a Safety Training: The Mooney Pilot Proficienency Program by Mooney Safety (https://www.mooneysafety.com). One of the well-known involved instructors is Paul Korpotates.

This is something lots of you have been asking for.

Date: 12-14 June 2026

This event will take place either at EDDE, EDVK or EDRZ.

We are still checking which site offers the best conditions.

The training is on your personal Mooney. Instructors are supposed to be very familiar with short, medium and long body Mooneys respectively.

We just finished a rough cost estimate per participant and expect cost of roughly 1800€ per person + your individual hotel, airport and ATC fees. This covers instructor costs and their travel expenses. (Might be less, depending on fixed bookings and number of participants, The calculation is based on 20 partcipants.)

We need your feedback, if you are interested (esp at this price), so that we can get a feeling if it is worth to continue the planning.

This is not yet a sign-up!

Thank you for your feedback.
